Student athletes of St. Lawrence’s DI & DIII Varsity teams are exceptionally committed and focused to their sport. Fans see the hard work pay off during games and meets in person and pictures, but those hours only account for a fraction of the total commitment a student-athlete makes to their sport. Practice, academics, extra curricular activities, and social life must be balanced, let alone factoring in time to take care of themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally.
